改革开放三十多年,中国经济的强力崛起,高等职业教育在这段时间内也迎来自身的黄金发展,学校规模和学生人数增加迅速。成为中国高等教育一道靓丽的风景,为中国的现代化建设和经济建设培养了大批的技能人才,但是随着形势的不断发展变化,高职院校的发展面临一系列的瓶颈,例如如何做好新形势下高职院校的学生管理工作成为解决高职院校转型升级的一个非常关键重要的因素。在结合理论实际和工作经验,笔者在本文当中就如何做好新形势的学生工作提出几点建设性的意见。

Based on the theory and work experience, the author puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to do a good job of student work in the new situation in this article.
