打造精细管理文化是企业适应复杂的市场环境、提升竞争实力的客观需要,也是企业贯彻落实科学发展观、谋求基业常青的必然选择。精细管理文化是源自精细管理要求而升华的一种态度,一种作风,一种思想理念。强调的是在企业所有管理层面和工作流程中:“认真做好每一件小事”;“养成注重细节的习惯”;“量化管理细节”;“把每个细节做到零缺陷”;“大处着眼,小处着手”;“把简单的事情持续做对”。打造精细管理文化,必须以目标理念引领,以先进典型示范,以规章制度固化,以实践活动推进。
