国内学术界对美国宪法存在着认识误区。美国宪法虽然主张限制权力,但是却放任了权力的扩张;虽然主张保护权利,但是却在公民的民主权利方面三心二意,对公民的经济与社会权利保守地抵制。国内学术界对美国宪法的神化,既有知识方面的原因,也有宣传方面的原因,封闭的心态与意识形态的偏颇也是造成这种认识误区的原因之一。
Domestic academic circles have misunderstandings about the U.S. constitution. Although the United States advocates the restriction of power, the United States has laissez-fairely expanded its power. Although it advocates the protection of rights, it has both done its best to safeguard the democratic rights of its citizens and conservatively resisted the economic and social rights of its citizens. The deification of the American constitution by domestic academic circles has both the reason of knowledge and the reason of publicity. The closed mentality and the biased ideology are also one of the reasons for this misunderstanding.
