近年来,军队各级财务部门始终把培养高素质财务队伍作为一项重点工程来抓,先后组织了财务人员法纪轮训、岗位练兵比武竞赛和业务评审等活动,财务队伍整体素质得到了进一步提高。但对照工作标准和职责要求,仍存在财务人员来源渠道窄,业务素质参差不齐,服务意识淡化,作风漂浮等问题,需要各级下大力全面提高财务队伍整体素质。
In recent years, the financial departments at all levels of the armed forces have always taken the cultivation of high-quality financial teams as a key project. They have successively organized such activities as the discipline of the financial officers, the competition for job training, and the business review. The overall quality of the financial team has been further improved. However, in accordance with the work standards and duties and requirements, there are still some problems such as narrow source channels for financial personnel, uneven professional qualifications, diminished service awareness and floating style. All levels need to vigorously and comprehensively improve the overall quality of the financial team.
