大量调查研究发现,近30年来,贲门癌的发生率呈稳定的上升趋势,而胃远端肿瘤有明显下降趋势。贲门癌的发病机制尚不清楚,可能与Barrett食管、贲门部肠化生、幽门螺杆菌、胃食管反流性疾病等因素相关。本文着重讨论贲门癌发病机制的研究现状。
A large number of survey found that in the past 30 years, the incidence of cardiac cancer showed a steady upward trend, while distal gastric cancer decreased significantly. The pathogenesis of cardia cancer is not clear, may be related to Barrett’s esophagus, cardia intestinal metaplasia, Helicobacter pylori, gastroesophageal reflux disease and other factors. This article focuses on the current status of cardia cancer pathogenesis.
