目的探讨对胰岛素过敏伴高胰岛素抗体患者的药学监护流程,为临床药师参与临床实践提供参考。方法临床药师通过参与1例胰岛素过敏伴高胰岛素抗体患者的诊疗过程,对患者在脱敏、降糖等方面提供科学的药学服务。结果临床药师经过信息查询,全面了解胰岛素过敏治疗对策,为开展有效的临床药学实践提供参考。结论通过信息学检查和病例特点分析,临床药师可以以药物不良反应为切入点进行药学实践。
Objective To explore the pharmacological monitoring of patients with insulin sensitivity and insulin resistance and to provide reference for clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical practice. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in one case of insulin allergy with high insulin antibody in the course of diagnosis and treatment of patients with desensitization and hypoglycemic provide scientific pharmacy services. Results Clinical pharmacists through information query, a comprehensive understanding of insulin allergy treatment strategies, to provide an effective reference for clinical practice. Conclusion Through informatics examination and case characteristics analysis, clinical pharmacists can take the adverse drug reactions as the starting point for pharmaceutical practice.
