目的:观察蛞蝓胶囊对致豚鼠全身过敏反应的情况和大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应的影响。方法:用蛞蝓胶囊作为抗原,对豚鼠进行致敏和攻击。将SD大鼠随机分为蛞蝓胶囊高剂量和低剂量组、阳性对照组和生理盐水对照组,分别进行被动皮肤过敏反应实验,观察皮肤反应斑的光密度变化。结果:蛞蝓胶囊未引起豚鼠发生全身过敏反应。天花粉组的吸光度值与生理盐水组比较,差异有显著性。而蛞蝓胶囊组与生理盐水组比较,差异无显著性。提示蛞蝓胶囊不会引起大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应。结论:蛞蝓胶囊对实验动物无致敏性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the general allergic reaction induced by scallion capsule in guinea pigs and the anaphylactic reaction of passive skin in rats. Methods: The guinea pigs were sensitized and challenged with the chyme capsule. Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into high and low dose group, positive control group and saline control group. Passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test was conducted to observe the optical density changes of skin reaction spots. Results: The capsule did not cause guinea pig systemic allergic reactions. Compared with saline group, the difference of absorbance of TCS group was significant. However, there was no significant difference between the capsule group and the saline group. Tip 蛞 蝓 capsule will not cause the same rat passive skin allergic reaction. Conclusion: Scabies capsule is not sensitized to experimental animals.
