目的:评价应用MBT直丝弓技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错病例中Nance弓与横腭杆联合应用的支抗控制效果。方法:选择12~16岁安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错患者19例,分析应用Nance弓与横腭杆联合加强支抗治疗前、后的X线头影测量值及记存模型测量值的变化,采用SAS 8.0软件包对治疗前、后的测量数据进行配对t检验。结果:磨牙平均前移(1.97±0.696)mm,未超过拔牙间隙的1/3,U1-SN减小10.97°±3.81°;下颌平面角、面高比以及后牙弓宽度改变无显著差异(P>0.05);上颌前突软组织侧貌明显改善,Ls-E、Ls-Snpg和Cm-Sn-Ls的改变有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:Nance弓与横腭杆联合应用能在三维方向上起到可靠的支抗控制,是一种简单有效的非依赖性口内支抗系统。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of using the technique of MBT straight wire arch in the treatment of Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion with Nance arch and transverse palate. Methods: Nineteen patients with Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion between 12 and 16 years old were enrolled in this study. The changes of the cephalometric and memory model measurements before and after Nance arch combined with transverse palatal pole were analyzed. Paired t-tests were performed with SAS 8.0 software package before and after treatment. Results: The average molar shift (1.97 ± 0.696) mm did not exceed 1/3 of the extraction space, and the U1-SN decreased by 10.97 ° ± 3.81 °. There was no significant difference in mandibular plane angle, (P> 0.05). The soft tissue profile of maxillary protrusion was significantly improved, and the changes of Ls-E, Ls-Snpg and Cm-Sn-Ls were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of Nance arch and transverse palate can provide reliable support in three-dimensional directions. It is a simple and effective independent intraoral prosthesis system.
