近几年来,国内外对急性白血病采用了联合化疗,使本病的缓解率明显提高,但目前在治疗方面,如药物用量过大可抑制正常的造血细胞,反之用量不足不能消灭足够多的白血病细胞。另外如何选择有效的药物,及早期识别抗药性的发生等都是有待于解决的问题。我院近几年来对急性白血病采取了剂量较小的联合化疗,部分病例实行了中西医结合治疗,并初步开展了药敏试验,现将治疗结果初步小结如下: 近2年来,我院内儿科收治的急性白血方案一
