我军能否优化配置有限的军事财力,使其综合效益最大化,在很大程度上取决于军队会计能否为决策者提供真实、可靠的信息,而真实、可靠的信息又来源于诚信的军队会计。可见,加强军队会计诚信文化研究,对提高军队会计信息质量,促进单位财务管理,优化军事财力配置等方面都有着重要意义。
Whether our military can optimize the allocation of limited military and financial resources to maximize its overall effectiveness depends largely on whether military accounting can provide policymakers with true and reliable information that is in turn derived from good faith Army accounting. It can be seen that strengthening the research on the integrity culture of military accounting is of great significance in improving the quality of accounting information of the army, promoting the financial management of the unit, and optimizing the allocation of military and financial resources.
