在水泥混凝土路面接缝处设置传力杆以提高接缝的荷载传递能力,是解决水泥混凝土路面接缝破坏的根本方法。通过对建立设置传力杆的混凝土路面有限元模型,计算分析不同轴数、荷载作用位置时,传力杆的传荷效果,确定了大规模摊铺水泥混凝土路面时接缝中传力杆的设置方式,并对滑模摊铺传力杆施工质量控制方法进行了研究。
It is the fundamental method to solve the joint damage of cement concrete pavement by installing dowel bars on joints of cement concrete pavement to improve the load transfer ability of joints. Through the establishment of the finite element model of the concrete pavement on which the dowel bar is installed, the effect of downshift on the dowel bar is calculated and analyzed when different axial numbers and loads are applied. The dowel bar in the joint is determined when large-scale paving of cement concrete pavement is carried out The way of setting up the quality control method of slipform paver fly-bar was studied.
