目的:探讨阶段式健康教育路径在继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者随机分为对照组和实验组(每组40例)。对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,实验组采用阶段式的健康教育路径,比较两种健康教育方式背景下,患者对疾病健康知识的知晓率、对护理质量的满意度等,以及两组患者的平均住院天数和平均住院费用。结果实验组对健康教育知识的知晓率、对护理质量的满意度及健康教育内容的达标率高于对照组,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。实验组患者的平均住院天数和平均住院费用也显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论阶段式健康教育路径有利于甲状旁腺功能亢进手术患者的积极配合治疗,提高了健康教育的效果和患者的满意度,减少了平均住院时间和平均住院费用,增强治疗效果,同时也有利于医务人员对继发性甲状旁腺手术患者术后随访的开展。“,”Objective: To evaluate the effect of stage-based health education pathway in secondary hyperparathyroidism patients with parathyroidectomy. Methods: 80 patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism undergoing parathyroidectomy at our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. In the control group, the traditional health education way was used. While in the experimental group, the stage-based health education pathway was used. Then, the awareness rate of health knowledge, the satisfaction of nursing quality and health education compliance rate of patients was evaluated. The average hospitalization days and the average hospitalization expenses of each group were also explored. Results: The awareness rate of health education knowledge, the satisfaction of nursing quality and the compliance rate of health education were al significantly higher in the experimental group, compared with the control group (p<0.05). Besides,the length of hospital stay and the average hospitalization expense in experimental group was also much lower in the experimental group(p<0.05). Conclusions: Stage-based health education pathway is effective to improve the compliance in secondary hyperparathyroidism patients with parathyroidectomy. It could not only improve the effect of health education and the satisfaction of patients, but also reduces the average hospitalization time and the average hospitalization expenses. Therefore, stage-based health education pathway might improve the quality of care in secondary hyperparathyroidism patients with parathyroidectomy.
