目的 研究白细胞介素 1 (IL - 1 )、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)在过敏性紫癜肾炎发病机制中的变化及意义。方法 采用3H -TdR掺入法检测血浆中TNF水平。结果 过敏性紫癜肾炎IL - 1活性与正常对照组比显著增高 (P <0 .0 1 )。患者血清TNF水平与正常对照组比显著升高 (P <0 .0 1 )。两者随着过敏性紫癜肾炎的临床表现而变化。结论 对急性炎症较有特征性的细胞因子IL - 1和TNF在与免疫反应有关的过敏性紫癜肾炎的发病机制中起着极其重要的作用 ,对指导治疗有着重要意义。
Objective To study the changes and significance of interleukin - 1 (IL - 1) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in the pathogenesis of allergic purpura nephritis. Methods 3H-TdR incorporation assay was used to detect plasma TNF levels. Results The ratio of IL - 1 in allergic purpura nephritis was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Patients with serum TNF levels were significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0.01). Both change with the clinical manifestations of allergic purpura nephritis. Conclusions The cytokines IL - 1 and TNF, which are more characteristic of acute inflammation, play an extremely important role in the pathogenesis of allergic purpura nephritis associated with immune reaction and are of great significance to the guiding therapy.
