目的从多视角出发,对比分析患者和医务人员对医患关系的认知差异。方法对患者和医务人员分别进行医患关系认知的问卷调查。结果患者与医务人员对医患关系的认知有很大差异。结论建议从政府、医院、患者3个方面采取综合应对措施,构建和谐医患关系。
Objective To compare and analyze the cognitive differences between patients and medical staff on the relationship between doctors and patients from multiple perspectives. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among patients and medical staff respectively on the relationship between doctors and patients. Results Patients and medical staff on the relationship between doctors and patients have very different cognitive. Conclusion It is suggested to take comprehensive measures to deal with the relationship between doctors and patients from three aspects: government, hospital and patients.
