公民教育是当代各国教育理论与实践的重要方面,它的蓬勃发展反映了政治民主化浪潮的客观要求。我国是一个缺乏公民传统与实践的国家,公民意识建设在我国仍很薄弱。教育界也没有给予足够的重视。在这种情况下,我国的公民教育如何在建构中应对全球化浪潮的挑战便是摆在我们面前一个很现实的问题。
Civic education is an important aspect of educational theory and practice in various countries. Its vigorous development reflects the objective requirements of the wave of political democratization. Our country is a country lacking in the tradition and practice of civics. The construction of civic awareness is still very weak in our country. The education sector also did not give enough attention. Under such circumstances, how to cater for the challenges of the globalization wave in our national civic education is a very realistic issue before us.
