本文使用静脉注射免疫球蛋白(IVIG)0.4～0.5g/kg·d×2治疗23例呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染病儿,提示IVIG能迅速提高血清IgG水平,补充大量RSV-sIgG中和抗体,有加速呼吸道中RSV清除的作用。
