基于单、双伸缩立柱的结构基础上而改进,通过建立二维模型,根据立柱工作条件及要求,设计出一种大伸缩比、低压力,满足液压支架使用状况的一种无底阀液压油缸,可有效降低密封件及油缸材料要求,从而达到降低制造成本,满足各种工作阻力支架要求的一种液压油缸。等压结构油缸通过与同规格常规的双伸缩立柱相比,进一步验证等压立柱较普通双伸缩立柱的优点。为解决煤矿大工作阻力条件下油缸设计,找到另一种简便、可行的方法。
