在实际运行中,CSSCI数据库和中文核心期刊要目总览一样,存在着许多亟待商榷的问题。面对日益变化着的多彩世界,档案期刊应该尽快找准定位,适时“变脸”。如果某期刊的编辑和作者不注意引文,该期刊的“总被引次数”、“影响因子”就可能下滑,而这些指标恰恰就是遴选CSSCI数据库与核心期刊的基础指标。长此下去,期刊极有可能因为遴选基础指标的问题被挤出局。所以,档案期刊要加强对参考文献的规范和引导。
In actual operation, CSSCI database and Chinese core journals like the overview, there are many issues to be discussed. In the face of ever-changing colorful world, archives periodicals should be pinpointed as soon as possible, timely “change face ”. If a journal's editors and authors do not pay attention to quotations, the journal's “total number of citations”, “impact factor” may decline, and these indicators are exactly the basic indicators for the selection of CSSCI database and core journals. In the long run, journals are most likely to be expelled because of the selection of basic indicators. Therefore, archives journals should strengthen the standardization and guidance of reference documents.
