档案工作虽然不是一种直接产生经济利益的工作,但是其对社会的发展、文明的进步也起到至关重要的作用,目前,在档案管理的工作中,一些管理问题逐渐出现,这些问题反映的是档案管理的基础工作没有做好,使得管理工作较为混乱,因此,为了提高档案管理的效率,需要对基础工作进行改进。本文主要探讨档案管理基础工作存在的主要问题,并根据这些问题提出相应的解决办法,希望对我国的档案管理工作提供一些帮助。
