时代的进步致使人们对精神文化需求增高,设计作为文化的一部分,它的作用十分重要.美术设计课程在小学美术中也占很大比重,其可以锻炼学生的动手能力,创造能力等诸多方面的能力.美术设计课程教学的设立,可以从小培养学生的设计意识、设计能力,使其在学生日后的学习生活中产生深远的影响.
