中国是海洋大国,海洋历史文化源远流长。党和国家领导人十分重视弘扬和发展海洋文化。习近平总书记在2013年中共中央政治局第八次集体学习时强调,要进一步关心海洋、认识海洋、经略海洋。2016年全国“两会”期间,李克强总理在参加福建代表团审议时也指出,“妈祖文化包含着海洋精神”。随后,“发挥妈祖文化等民间文化的积极作用”被写入国家“十三五”规划。
China is a big marine country with a long history of marine history and culture. The party and state leaders attach great importance to promoting and developing the marine culture. In his eighth collective study conducted by the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee in 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to further understand the oceans, recognize the oceans and sail the oceans together.
