1病例孕妇32岁,孕2产0,妊娠27w,于我院行产前超声检查。超声检查:胎儿头位,双顶径6.8cm,颅骨光环完整,股骨长5.0cm,腹围23.3cm,胎心规律,心率156次/分,羊水指数13.8cm,宫体前壁及后壁均探及胎盘组织,与两胎盘右侧边缘探及脐血管插入,脐血管沿胎盘表面走行,末端汇于胎膜中形成脐带,胎盘成熟度0级(见图1)。超声提示:
