高等学校的党组织是高校教育事业发展的核心,高校学习型党组织的创建是建设有中国特色的高等教育的必然选择,是履行高校社会历史责任的必经之路。为此,必须把创建学习型党组织作为高校党建工作的战略任务,抓紧抓好。在建设高校学习型党组织的过程中,首要解决的问题就是:谁来学,学什么,怎么学?
Party organizations in colleges and universities are the core of the development of university education. The establishment of learning party organizations in colleges and universities is an inevitable choice for the construction of higher education with Chinese characteristics and the only way to fulfill the social and historical responsibilities of colleges and universities. To this end, we must establish a learning party organization as a strategic task of party building in colleges and universities, pay close attention to it.
