本文以威海职业学院2015级机电一体化技术专业一班学生为管理对象,通过建立班长、团支书负责制;班委负责制,尝试对高职学生干部的培养与实践。
In this paper, a class of students in 2015 Mechatronics Technology Institute of Weihai Vocational College is taken as the object of management. Through the establishment of a squad leader and a branch secretary in charge system, the shift committee responsibility system tries to train and practice the higher vocational student cadres.
