教师是促进学校不断发展的源动力,因此,教师在教学过程中要不断加强学习,探索教师专业发展的新路径,从而进一步提高教育教学能力,推动学校整体发展。
Teachers are the driving force to promote the continuous development of schools. Therefore, teachers should constantly strengthen their learning during the teaching process and explore new ways for teachers’ professional development so as to further improve their teaching and learning ability and promote the overall development of schools.
