采用0.001mol/L CuSO4+0.5mol/L H2SO4溶液体系,在Pt单晶球电极上作循环伏安曲线,得到Cu存在欠电位沉积和本体沉积两个阶段。利用反射电子显微术(REM)成功观察到在欠电位下Cu在Pt单晶面上为层状生长,本体沉积为三维成长,证实了Cu在Pt单晶面上的Stranski-Krastanov生长机理。
Using 0.001mol / L CuSO4 + 0.5mol / L H2SO4 solution system, a cyclic voltammetry curve was made on the Pt single crystal ball electrode to get the two phases of underpotential deposition and bulk deposition of Cu. It was successfully observed by reflection electron microscopy (REM) that Cu underlayer was grown on the Pt single crystal plane under the underpotential, and the bulk deposition was three-dimensional. The growth mechanism of the Stranski-Krastanov Cu on the Pt single crystal plane was confirmed.
