目的分析禽流感病毒的变异情况及在职业暴露人群中感染状况的变化,发现感染来源,确定感染高危因素,监测禽流感病毒致病力和传播能力的改变,提供预警流感大流行依据。方法采集职业暴露人群血清标本用红细胞凝集抑制试验检测H5N1、H7N9抗体;采集环境标本用荧光定量PCR法检测禽流感病毒A型H5、H7、H9亚型核酸。结果采集职业暴露人群血清标本280份,H5N1、H7N9抗体均为阴性。家禽规模养殖场采集环境标本186份,阳性18份,阳性率9.7%;活禽交易市场采集环境标本98份,阳性15份,阳性率15.3%。结论常州市武进区禽流感职业高危人群尚未发现感染H5N1、H7N9病毒;家禽规模养殖场、活禽交易市场环境普遍存在禽流感病毒的污染,H5、H7和H9亚型是主要的病原体。
Objective To analyze the variation of avian influenza virus (AIV) and the change of infection status among occupationally exposed people, find the source of infection, identify the risk factors of infection, monitor the pathogenicity and transmission capacity of avian influenza virus, and provide basis for early warning of influenza pandemic. Methods H5N1 and H7N9 antibodies were detected by hemagglutination inhibition test in serum samples of occupationally exposed individuals. Apoptotic samples were collected for the detection of influenza A virus H5, H7 and H9 subtypes by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results Serological samples were collected from 280 occupational exposure groups, and H5N1 and H7N9 antibodies were all negative. Poultry scale farms collected 186 environmental samples, 18 were positive, the positive rate of 9.7%; live poultry market collected 98 environmental samples, 15 were positive, the positive rate of 15.3%. Conclusions H5N1 and H7N9 viruses have not been found in the high-risk occupational groups of bird flu in Wujin District, Changzhou City. H5N1 and H7N9 viruses are common in poultry scale farms and live poultry markets. H5, H7 and H9 subtypes are the major pathogens.
