今年八月,中共中央提出了向全体农村人口进行-次大规模的社会主义教育的问题。中共江苏省委即在当月召开的地、市、县委书记会议上,全面地分析了农村的形势,着重讨论了粮食问题,部署了在秋收之前以粮食统购统销为重点的农村工作,决定在全省农村开展一次大规模的社会主义教育运动。现在,这个大规模的社会主义教育运动,在全国、全省范围内逐步地开展起来了。
In August this year, the CPC Central Committee put forward the issue of carrying out a large-scale socialist education to the entire rural population. At the meeting of prefectural, city and county party secretaries held in that month, the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee comprehensively analyzed the situation in rural areas, focused on the grain issue and deployed the rural work focusing on the state monopoly of purchasing and selling grain before the Autumn Harvest, Provincial rural areas to carry out a large-scale socialist education movement. Now, this large-scale socialist education campaign has gradually taken shape in the whole country and across the province.
