本文介绍了我们研制的新钢种——35CrMo3W2V钢的特点及其使用效果。根据钢中碳化物呈链状分布的特点,本工作采用了金相、X射线衍射、化学分析、电子显微镜等试验方法对新钢种链状碳化物形成规律进行了研究,并对碳化物的成分、类型、含量进行了测定。并制订出在不同温度下链状碳化物形成的临界冷却速度曲线;还研究出新的热处理工艺——锻后正火,消除了链状碳化物,改善了材料性能,从而提高了模具寿命,并在生产实践中得到了验证。
