本文对近年来复方丹参的临床应用综述如下。1 药理作用 1.1对心血管系统的影响:丹参注射液0.3～0.4ml对豚鼠及家兔的离体心脏有扩张冠脉的作用,豚鼠冠脉流量增加25％,家兔20.4％;并使心率减慢,心肌收缩力先有短暂的抑制,然后渐渐有所加强。 1.2对脂质代谢的影响:在临床上丹参注射液可使部分病例胆甾醇下降。 1.3对中枢神经系统作用:丹参或复方丹参注射液对小白鼠表现明显的镇静作用,并能延长环己烯
