“Vocational school curriculum system research” is planned by the Jiangsu Provincial Education Commission, “Eighth Five-Year” education and research project by the Changzhou Technical Teachers College. Jiangsu Provincial Vocational and Technical Education Research Center undertakes research. This project started from the approval of the Jiangsu Provincial Board of Education in April 1991, and was officially published in July 1995.
