通过试验，对比了各种附加物对芯砂抗开裂性能的影响，并进行了浇注试验。得到了能够有效地消除硅锰钢履带板销孔毛刺的芯砂附加物及合适的芯砂配方。
Through experiments, the impact of various additives on the anti-cracking performance of the core sand was compared and the pouring test was carried out. The core sand addition and the suitable core sand formulation that can effectively eliminate the burr on the pin hole of the silicon manganese steel track pad are obtained.
