分层教学由来已经久,但真正做得好的却不是很多,即使做得好的,其中还不乏因为有效的硬件与教学机制支撑的名校。对于普通学校的普通班级,如何在英语教学中实现有效分层,这才是涉及到英语教学常态的大问题。笔者在初中英语日常教学中,对这一问题进行了持续的思考与实践,取得了一些收获,在这里试与同行分享。需要说明的是,本文所提的分层概念未必很新,但在实际操作中确有笔者的一些想法,也请同行批评指正。一、目标分层的关键在于学生认同的目标
