目的:通过室间比对,提高实验室检测能力,确保日常检测结果的准确性和可比性。方法:用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定比对样品微孔滤膜中的锰与铅。结果:锰测定结果为23.1μg/张(标准值23.4±0.9μg/张)、铅测定结果为17.1μg/张(标准值17.2±0.7μg/张)。经室内质控样GBW(E)080212滤膜混合标准样品检测,锰测定值为60.4μg/张(标准值62±4μg/张)、铅测定值为14.9μg/张(标准值15.3±0.8μg/张),测定误差均在容许范围内,两项比对结果均优秀。结论:通过室间比对试验,可提高各参加实验室对该类测试项目的检测水平,促进实验室质量管理体系的进一步完善。
OBJECTIVE: To improve laboratory testing capacity through room comparison and to ensure the accuracy and comparability of daily test results. Methods: Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the contents of manganese and lead in the microporous membrane of the comparative samples. Results: The results of manganese determination were 23.1 μg / tablet (standard value 23.4 ± 0.9 μg / tablet) and lead was 17.1 μg / tablet (standard value 17.2 ± 0.7 μg / tablet). The standard test of GBW (E) 080212 filter membrane mixed with standard sample of indoor quality control was 60.4μg / dL (standard value 62 ± 4μg / dL) and lead was 14.9μg / dL (standard value 15.3 ± 0.8μg / Zhang), determination of error are within the allowable range, the two results are excellent. Conclusion: Through the room comparison test, the testing level of each kind of testing items can be increased by each participating laboratory, and the further improvement of the laboratory quality management system can be promoted.
