以乌鲁木齐市为研究区域,运用耦合协调模型,构建新型城镇化与旅游产业两系统综合评价指标体系,对2003—2016年乌鲁木齐新型城镇化与旅游产业耦合协调状况进行定量分析.结果表明,新型城镇化与旅游产业两系统综合发展水平逐年提升;耦合协调度值由0.3864上升到0.9437,实现了两系统耦合协调度从2003年的轻度失调到2006年的勉强协调再到2016年的优质协调的转变;为进一步深化两系统协调发展,需要在新型城镇化建设的契机下推进旅游产业转型升级,实施政府部门主导的多部门相互合作与监测,以产带城,提高旅游城镇化
