经济技术创新工程是调动职工积极性、创造性,引导职工在振兴地矿经济中建功立业的重要手段和有效载体。基层单位工会组织在实施群众性经济技术创新工程中有成绩,但也存一些问题,该文提出了对策的“四个到位”:工会协调配合促成党政领导关心支持要到位,群众性经济技术创新要与专业技术创新,管理创新共同到位,工会干部综合素质、思想认识要到位,实施创新工程要保证必需经费投入到位。
