Teacher’s teaching ecology is the existence of teachers engaged in education and teaching activities and personal life, with the characteristics of versatility and diversity. Teachers at different levels of teaching ecology have different understanding and attitudes towards their careers. Therefore, they must have different expectations of teaching and different choices of behavior, and form different professional development levels and abilities, leading to different effects of education and teaching.
