目的:建立胡黄连中胡黄连苷Ⅰ的含量测定方法。方法:采用双波长薄层色谱扫描法。结果:胡黄连苷I在0.605～3.025μg范围内呈良好的显性关系,回归方程Y=1431.7X+189.67,r=0.999,平均回收率98.37%,RSD=1.90%。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,精密度好。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of picrotoxin Ⅰ in Picrorhiza. Methods: Dual-wavelength thin-layer chromatography scanning method. Results: Picroside Ⅰ showed a good dominant relationship in the range of 0.605 ~ 3.025μg. The regression equation was Y = 1431.7X + 189.67, r = 0.999. The average recovery was 98.37% and RSD was 1.90%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and accurate.
