根据新课标,以素质教育和学生的发展为宗旨,以培养学生的综合语言运用能力为目标,根据外语学习的规律和我国外语教学发展的现状与需求,力求从教学观念、目的、目标、内容、实施、策略、手段和评价等方面进行重大改革。新课标在课程内容与教学目标部分,除涉及语言技能和语言知识外,把情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展也列入其中,并倡导“任务型”的教学途径,这说明我们的英语教学理念正在转向更多地体现以人为本的思想;是生本理念的具体体现。这在我国英语教育课程发展史上是一种创新。
