黄浦江上游干流段防洪工程是配合太湖流域综合治理的一个重要配套项目,列入我市部署兴建的八大市级水利工程之一。松江境内干流段应急防洪二期工程经市水利局沪水利字(95)第230号文和沪汛墙字(1995)第14号文批准兴建,于1995年12月20日动工,至1996年6月10日完工,近期通过市级验收,施工质量被评为优良工程。
The main flood control project in the upper reaches of the Huangpu River is an important ancillary project in line with the comprehensive management of the Taihu Lake Basin. It is included in one of the eight municipal-level water conservancy projects to be constructed and deployed by the city. Songjiang River in the mainstream of the emergency flood control project of the second phase by the Urban Water Conservancy Bureau Hu Shui Li (95) No. 230 and Hu Xun wall word (1995) No. 14 approved the construction of the text, starting in December 20, 1995 to 1996 June 10 completed recently passed the municipal acceptance, construction quality was rated as excellent works.
