马钢原有的露天栈桥,随着生产的发展,陆续提出要求加盖。有的是随着生产技术的发展,对原材料、半成品的要求提高了,露天堆放,影响产品质量,需要加盖,如马钢二钢厂转炉车间整锭跨露天栈桥局部加盖,二铁厂高炉喷煤露天栈桥加盖(因下雨煤湿,影响生产效益提高),就属于这种情况;有的是在挖潜、改造中,生产工艺的调整、设备的更换,需要加盖,如马钢三轧厂线材车间改造,工艺设备调整,露天栈桥局部需要加盖,马钢机修厂轧辊钢锭模车间,改为高炉铁水直接浇铸钢锭模,露天栈桥需要加盖,就属于这种情况;
