磨削加工中,常会遇到内孔中有键槽,孔壁有螺孔以及形状不对称的工件。磨削中要保证工件的高精度有一定困难,往往在键槽、螺孔的径向位置上有圆柱度超差,其主要原因是: 1.工件形状不对称。旋转的工件因质最不平衡产生的离心力,使工件承受砂轮挤压力不均。 2.砂轮受力不均。砂轮磨至键槽、螺孔处,砂轮容易产生振动,砂轮与工件摩擦大,键槽出现塌角,螺孔的边缘圆柱度出现超差。预防办法: 1.若工件精度要求不高,尽可能增大砂轮直径,减小砂轮宽度,减少砂轮振动,使砂轮转过键槽、螺孔时尽可能增大砂轮直径,减小砂轮宽度,减少砂轮振动,使砂轮转过键槽、螺孔处接触良好。 2.若工件精度要求较高时,磨前在工件键槽位置
