农村中学生在综合素质方面普遍存在着自卑心理较强、情感体验单一、创新能力较差、意志比较薄弱等问题,加强农村中学素质教育在全面建设小康社会中具有基础性、先导性、全局性的作用。具体措施主要是,通过丰富多彩的校园文化生活,陶冶学生情操,锻炼学生能力;提高教师素质,改进教学方式;打破封闭意识,鼓励主动参与,在成功与失败中锻炼自我。
Rural middle school students generally have the problems of inferiority complex, single emotional experience, poor innovation ability and weak will in comprehensive quality. Strengthening quality education in rural middle schools has the basic, leading and overall characteristics in building an overall well-to-do society effect.
