老挝革新倡导人、老挝人民革命党前总书记凯山·丰威汉之子 ,老党中委、国家总理府办公厅主任赛宋蓬·丰威汉今年4月在老挝党报《人民报》发表文章 ,谈及中国改革开放的成就和中、老经济改革情况对比。文章从五个方面充分肯定中国改革开放以来取得的成就及在世界上的影响 ,高度评价邓小平理论 ;简述老挝经济革新取得的成果 ,并对两国改革发展情况的异同发表了看法。现将部分内容摘译如下(小标题为编者所加)
Laos reform advocate, former General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, son of Kai Shan Feng Wei Han, the Central Committee of the Lao PDR and the head of the General Office of the State Chancellor Sai Song Peng Feng Wei Han published an article in Laotian Party newspaper “People’s Daily” in April this year , Talked about the achievements of China’s reform and opening up as well as the comparison of the reform of the medium and old economies. The article fully affirmed China’s achievement and world influence since reform and opening up from five aspects, highly appraised Deng Xiaoping Theory, briefly summarized the achievements made in Laos’s economic reform, and expressed his opinions on the similarities and differences in the reform and development between the two countries.
