Hertel公司最近研制出一种称为HertelAC5的多用途陶瓷刀片,这种细颗粒纯陶瓷刀片是车削钢件、铸铁的理想刀具,不但耐磨性好,而且抗弯强度尤为显著。现场试验证明,这种刀片还能成功地应用于强力断续切削。同MC2牌号一样,Hertel提供的AC5刀片的形状和尺寸都符合ISO标准,其公差精度与ISO—G—致;此外,该公司还提供公差精度为ISO—M的各型刀片。展品中的CP3牌号为碳化钛/氧化铝涂层刀片,它具有专门研制的硬质合金基体。这种刀片韧性好,尤其耐磨,宜于加工钢、铸钢和铸铁。
Hertel recently developed a multi-purpose ceramic blade called HertelAC5. This fine-grained pure ceramic blade is the ideal tool for turning steel and cast iron, not only with good abrasion resistance but also with significant flexural strength. Field tests show that this blade can also be successfully applied to strong intermittent cutting. Like the MC2, Hertel offers the AC5 blades in ISO shape and size to ISO-G tolerances, and ISO-M tolerances. The CP3 designation in the exhibit is a titanium carbide / alumina coated blade with a specially developed cemented carbide substrate. This blade toughness, especially wear-resistant, suitable for processing steel, cast steel and cast iron.
