研究了 Ni3Al在 80 0℃ ,PCl2 =1× 1 0 - 4 Pa,Po2 =2 .34× 1 0 - 1 5Pa氯氧混合气氛中的高温腐蚀行为。应用热重分析方法研究了 Ni3Al在该环境中的动力学行为 ,借助 SEM、金相显微镜和 X衍射分析来研究反应后样品的表面形貌和断面形貌以及分析反应生成的腐蚀产物 ,并用热力学平衡相图对 Ni3Al在该环境下的高温腐蚀机理进行了探讨。
The high temperature corrosion behavior of Ni3Al at 80 ℃, PCl2 = 1 × 10-4 Pa and Po2 = 2.34 × 10-15Pa was studied. The dynamic behavior of Ni3Al in this environment was studied by thermogravimetric analysis. The surface morphology and cross-sectional morphology of the samples were analyzed by SEM, optical microscope and X-ray diffraction. The corrosion products were analyzed by thermodynamics The equilibrium phase diagram of Ni3Al in the environment under high temperature corrosion mechanism were discussed.
