目的:建立测定加味水陆丸中金丝桃苷含量的方法。方法:采用DIONEX-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈:0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:360 nm。结果:金丝桃苷在4.0-80.0μg/mL浓度范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为97.6%,RSD%=1.26%。结论:本方法简便,快速,准确,重复性好,可用于加味水陆丸中金丝桃苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of hyperin content in flavored water and land pills. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of DIONEX-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile: 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (10:90) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. , Detection wavelength: 360 nm. Results: Hyperoside had a good linearity (r = 0.9998) in the concentration range of 4.0-80.0μg / mL with an average recovery of 97.6% and a RSD% of 1.26%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of hyperoside in flavored.
