随着油田压裂工艺的改进,长庆区域天然气探井开始使用体积压裂改造目的层,由于体积压裂改造时井筒最高压力达到65MPa,使用双级固井时容易达到全井段封固的要求,但分级箍不能达到体积压裂所要求的承压能力,一次上返固井技术是解决天然气井长裸眼段固井的一项技术,也是成为解决该瓶颈的唯一途径,同时也缩短了钻井周期,气层段固井质量也得到了有效的保证。在庆阳地区天然气区域探井庆探2、庆探4井顺利实施了一次上返固井相配套的井口压力控制及防漏控制工艺技术,为天然气区域探井一次上返固井提供了技术支撑。
