随着党的允许一部分人先富起来政策的落实,我国社会成员的收入水平出现了不同程度的差别,这些差别引起了很大的反响。如何看待这些差别?关系到能否进一步解放思想,调动全体劳动者的积极性、发展生产力的问题。赵紫阳在十三大报告中指出:“当前分配中的主要倾向,仍然是吃大锅饭,搞平均主义,互相攀比,必须继续在思想上和实际工作中加以克服。”因此,认识当前我国分配领域的矛盾,特别是了解和掌握分配中的新情况、新特点,有利于促进改革,使改革不断取得实质性进展。
