行政监督执行力是公共管理领域关于行政监督学研究的新概念,当前我国各级地方政府由于行政监督执行力薄弱而出现的矿难等安全事件已屡见不鲜,贵州“瓮安事件”、“三鹿奶粉事件”的发生更加突显行政监督不到位。文章初步探讨了行政监督执行力的内涵及特征,并在此基础上分析了行政监督执行力存在的问题和提升路径。
Execution of administrative supervision is a new concept of research on administrative supervision in the field of public administration. At present, there are many safety incidents such as mine accidents that local governments at various levels in our country seem to be weak due to the weak implementation of administrative supervision. Guizhou, “Weng’an Incident”, “ Sanlu milk powder incident ”more prominent administrative oversight is not in place. The article preliminarily explores the connotation and characteristics of the execution power of the administrative supervision, and on this basis, analyzes the existing problems and the promotion path of the execution power of the administrative supervision.
